Importance of presentation

As i am a Business analyst its my key responsibility for creating impactful presentation for this I will understand the purpose of business why should the project get initiated. So i will perform the enterprise analysis activities and do investigation. I will communicate with the stakeholders with empty mind and feed my mind with the stakeholders requirements about the project like what the problem is, what is the goal , what actions should we take next. Through this i will get clarity on the project so that i can plant seeds for preparing presentation. I have the knowledge on business analysis activities already, i will interact with the stakeholder so that i can gain the knowledge by their perspective by mixing both Together I will prepare a strong presentation . I will approach the management for knowing that who are the audience for whom i am going to show presentation and select the suitable tools for preparing the presentation like Powe point, Google slides, Tableau, Power BI I mostly use power point tool for presentations in this i will select good background with the positive and attractive colour with good labelled headings of context I will tailor the requirements in structured way that audience should clearly recognize that what is the Problem, situation ,opportunity And purpose statements, project objectives by this what would be the success criteria. Instead of using the tables i will show graphically for the better understanding to the audience. I will use the bullet points instead of long paragraphs to save the time and also the intrest of the audience by not making boring session I will explain each and every thing by the presentation on time, budget what are the resources with clear visuals and organize the content very clearly i will prepare the check list and check it before the presentation I ensure that each of the presentation slide should be understand by the every audience by maintaining the good design in that and bold, bigger and colourful fonts I will prepare presentation in such a way that audience might be very curious for the next slide I will explore my presentation with very good confidence, before the session i will practice multiple times and i motivate myself and explain the presentation very clearly without missing the single point I will prepare the sad and smile emoji about the feedback of presentation by the audience it might be helpful for the future presentation. I will attract every stakeholder with the presentation i will show slides in unique way its like showing rat to cat. With my presentation slide every stakeholder will guide there mind for the solution of the project The presentation will boast and enhance the project road map for the stakeholders for making the better solutions By the presentation the stakeholders might think idealogically and generate new enhancements on the requirements and make the work easier and according to there workflows and deliver the best value product to the requested stakeholders and make the project successful
