unclear goal, Not able to get clear requirements from the stakeholder because of client himself not clear idea on the target. so without a clear goal we will not be able to proceed the process with the project. Multiple change request will lead to confusion and process delay. Handling the miss understanding between team, stakeholder, developers testers it is a big task for a BA proper communication is very important for a successful outcome. Managing the team and the stakeholder and fixing on a proper priorities for all the requirement received and make sure the work is been processed as discussed and agreed. scope creep. Uncontrolledly additions of features or change to the project scope like unmanageable expansion of the scope beyond initial plans is a very big constrain to handle. unrealistic time. fixing very limited time and resource and asking the team to perform the task from the client side, which is not possible to complete. Lack of stakeholder involvement will led to lack of information and as a result the end product will not be as expected. lack of team involvement in the process may lead to failure of the project like tester not doing the test completely, developer is not getting connected with the definer and not involved in understanding the need. so like this issue as a BA he need to monitor the team performance is expected or not. Insufficient resource like lack of technology, tool, person for performing the task everything can affect the project. people working will often resist new process or system to implement because of lack of knowledge in the implementation. If a SME is not there then understanding on the process deeply will not be possible and BA need to struggle a lot to understand the process in a better way. self doubt of the team on critical situation so a BA need to be working as a support system in the tough time. balancing multiple work can distract the focus on a particular work so concentration on that is important. Lack of training, means after developing a tool if proper training is not given for the user on how to use it then the user will not be benefited out of the tool so proper training on the tool functionality and process floe everything needs to be explained to the end user so that they will get maximum benefit out of the tool. Getting Signoff for every every process from the respective person is a big challenge for a BA. Conducting all needed meetings fort he team to get enough information and do the process well as expected. and the client is also need to be updated on the process by this meetings. Driving the UAT testing is a big task for a BA to plan, conduct the UAT testing and collecting the evidence of the teas is very important task for a BA to perform. Overall the complete project performance is monitored by the BA if it is going as per planned and the delivery will happen as expected or not everything is handled by the BA only.
